Должностные обязанности:
Main responsibilities:
• meet and greet clients and visitors
• maintain a professional organization image through presentation and phone manner
• perform general secretarial duties such as typing and filing, faxing, mailing
• set up and co-ordinate meetings, including catering as required
• manage travel arrangements and hotel bookings
• perform other duties as required and provide full administrative support to the team
• required to work both verbally during meetings and presentations and also in the written form for documents and reports, documentation, including correspondence and others as required. You will be required to do verbal consecutive translation primarily between russian and english

Skills required
• proficiency in spoken/written russian/english languages
• at least one year experience in a similar role at international organization
• professional manner and excellent communication skills
• excellent administrative and organisational skills
• must be able to demonstrate fluency in verbal and written translation in english.
• computer literacy will be required
• typing speed of at least 50 wpm
